Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an MBA and brings over 20 years of experience in retirement plan administration. As the owner of Leap & Associates, she leads the firm in providing customized, compliant, and efficient retirement plan solutions. Jennifer works closely with businesses to design, implement, and manage plans that align with their goals while providing practical guidance every step of the way.
Jennifer is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent with the IRS, giving her the capability to represent clients before the IRS on retirement plan related matters. She also holds multiple designations through ASPPA.
When not working, Jen enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Taking walks, games and puzzles, going to sporting events and traveling are a few of her favorite activities. She loves a good adventure, competition or experience.
